Shipping & Delivery
- We ship to addresses within Australia
- Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location — they are not guaranteed
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather or other events outside our control
- Once your order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you
Returns & Refunds
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery
- We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion
