Shipping Policy
Our goal is to get every jar of Spread Pantry goodness to you fresh, safe and on time. Here's everything you need to know about how we process, ship and track your order.
Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day
- During busy periods, processing may take a little longer
Delivery Times
Australia (Domestic)
- Standard: 2–6 business days
- Express: 1–3 business days
International
We deliver to select countries outside Australia.
- Standard International: 6–15 business days
- Express International: 3–7 business days (where available)
Delivery times may vary by location, and customs clearance can add extra time to international orders.

Your exact rate is calculated automatically at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to begin updating. All parcels are trackable end to end.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before you place your order. We're unable to refund or re-ship orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away at info@spreadpantry.com and we'll do our best to help before the order is dispatched.
Lost, Delayed or Stuck Parcels
If your tracking shows no updates for 7 or more days, get in touch and we'll open an investigation with the courier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, you can choose a full refund or a free replacement.
Delays caused by weather, peak seasons or customs are outside our control, but we'll always assist as much as we can.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the jar or product
- Photos of the box and shipping label
Once verified, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
Shipping Restrictions
Because of food import rules, some countries may restrict the delivery of edible goods. If your order can't be delivered for this reason, we'll issue you a full refund.
